50% deposit, balance upon shipping.

When Ordering:
Please include lantern name, finish, glass type, and/or special requirements. Specify correct amount of chain and wire on all chandeliers.

Cancellation of Order:
Cancelled orders are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee.

Freight:
Unless otherwise specified, US Lanterns, will ship orders by carrier of its choice, F.O.B our factory warehouse.

Freight Allowance Policy:
Freight will be allowed on orders totaling $2500.00 or more, custom orders excluded, to one destination within the continental United States if invoice payments are received within the terms stated on the invoice and copy of freight bill accompanies remittance. There is no freight allowed to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam, or custom orders. 

Returns:
No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior approval and a return goods authorization number (RGA#) is issued by US Lanterns. Once RGA number has been issued, the merchandise must be returned "freight prepaid" within 30 (thirty) days. Returned or exchanged items may be subject a 25% restocking charge. Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced with an identical item at the discretion of US Lanterns and shipped back "freight prepaid". Customer returning merchandise is responsible for any in-transit damage due to improper packaging or handling. 

Damage Claims:
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Risk of loss passes to the Purchaser upon delivery by US Lanterns to the carrier. Purchasers should carefully inspect all items at the time of delivery receipt. Obvious or subsequently discovered concealed damage must be reported promptly and in writing to the carrier.

Damages:
US Lanterns is not liable for damages resulting from any delay or failure to deliver or perform due to Labor Strikes, Lockouts, or other labor difficulties, or failure due to delay of sources of supply, transportation, accidents, fires, or any other cause, natural or unnatural,beyond US Lanterns control. 

Limited Warranty:
US Lanterns warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of original shipment. Products that are stored or used in extremely damp areas or areas under abnormal weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, intense direct sunlight, acid rain, or where products tend to damage easily, are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover products that are improperly installed or products that have been altered or tampered with. Once it has been determined that the product falls within the warranty guidelines, US Lanterns will either repair, or replace, at our discretion, products that fail to operate properly or fail to maintain proper appearance. The compliance of our product to project specification and approval for their use is not warranted by the company, US Lanterns will not be responsible or liable to buyer, its agents, employees, customers, or any third party for costs incurred in the removal, or re-installation of any fixture or any incidental damages, resulting in loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profit arising out of, or in connection with natural disasters, catastrophe, fault, or negligence of the user.
